Refund policy
At CANIS, we want you to have time to try your purchase with your dog. We offer a 30-day trial starting on the date your order is delivered.
Our 30-day trial
If your product isn’t right for you, email info@canispetwellness.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
You may use the product as intended during the trial. Normal use does not prevent you from returning it.
Payment is collected when you place your order. The trial allows you to return your purchase for a refund under this policy.
Free returns
CANIS provides a prepaid return label for trial returns. There is no return shipping charge or restocking fee.
To begin a return, email us with your order number or other proof of purchase. Our support team will provide your prepaid label, the correct return address and instructions.
Please contact us before sending your product back so we can arrange and track your return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you by email and refund the product purchase price to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed promptly and within any timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If your product arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, contact info@canispetwellness.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or video may help us resolve it.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. CANIS covers necessary return shipping for confirmed defective, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect products.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. We will accommodate your request where possible before dispatch.
If your order has already shipped, you may use our return process. Any cancellation rights provided by law remain unaffected.
Your consumer rights
Our 30-day trial is additional to your rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
