These terms apply to your use of canispetwellness.com and purchases made through our store.

Orders and customer information

You must provide accurate contact, billing, payment and delivery information when placing an order.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the necessary authorization.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot accept an order because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or there is a material listing error, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected.

We will not substitute a product or increase your charge without your agreement.

Prices and payment

All payments are processed in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free.

The total payable, including any applicable taxes collected at checkout, is displayed before payment. Payment is collected when you place your order.

Product information

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. Screen settings may affect how product colours appear, but this does not limit your rights if an item materially differs from its description.

Information on our website is general product information and does not replace veterinary advice.

References to comfort, rest routines or general mobility support are not claims that CANIS products diagnose, treat or cure arthritis or another medical condition.

Shipping and the 30-day trial

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery 8–14 business days after dispatch.

Our 30-day trial begins on delivery. Normal product use is permitted during the trial, and CANIS provides a prepaid return label for trial returns.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Acceptable website use

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security or infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

CANIS branding and original website content belong to CANIS or their respective owners. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission, except where permitted by law.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. If you submit a review for publication, you authorize us to display it with the name you choose to provide, without changing its meaning.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms apply prospectively. Existing purchases remain governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
